BGD Safety and Compliance LLC was formally started in 2022 by Brian Daboul after spending 14 years working in various general industry environments as a senior leader of safety and compliance management.

BGD is based in northern New Jersey, surrounded by endless amounts of manufacturing and industry. Many of these companies often are too small to support a full time safety manager, grew so fast they did not put a safety program in place yet, or just can not find the proper talent to take their safety program to the next level. That is where we come in serving as your part time safety resource in whatever manner your company requires.

Of course, we are always willing and able to help larger companies or companies with established safety programs as well. Maybe you want an independent audit to evaluate your current state or just need help on a project or training that you just don’t have the expertise in.

BGD also specializes in fire department safety compliance. As a volunteer firefighter since 2009, Brian Daboul is able to help departments evaluate their gaps and put in place solutions that will prevent adverse enforcement actions by OSHA / PEOSH. We love working with fire departments and to help out our first responders, we have a lower bill rate when determining prices for fire service and first responder needs.
